The right choice is not always

                                     the easy choice

Jimmie set out to find his real father, and the truth about his birth.   Years later, he found his father... in his grave.    He went home that  evening and wrote the song

"Daddy, I'll Never Know You", which gave birth to
"Mittie's Song"The Novel, The Music,

The Play & The Movie Project

Mittie would experience EVERY shade of ABUSE and learn she could OVERCOME - giving hope to the women of the World.

TRUST

The REAL Mittie,

"Mittie Claire Belle Cantrell"

with her son Jimmie Ray,

aka Ray in the story in 1947

ABUSE

HOPE

Her LOVE was one of  innocence but she would soon learn the pain of regret. Mittie would learn the difference between LOVE and lust.

HOPE for the future produces power in the present,  Mittie  was leaving Big Willow; soon to learn that HOPE deferred makes the heart

TRUST is the crust of the bread of life.  Her TRUST was misplaced and would be hard to share again for years.
